Everyone made an amazing effort to raise money today for Children in Need 2019.  Children and staff donated £1 or more each to dress up. 

The fun started at breakfast club with activities to get the children in the fundraising mood..

Staff from Venturers' Academy St Anne's Park also dressed up to raise money, their theme being "onesies"

Staff and children at the Kingfisher School also joined in the fun by wearing novelty ears, ties and t shirts, demonstrated here by Mr Ross and 4 of our children

We even found a matching pair of Pudsey T shirts in the school reception area, courtesy of Sarah Sanders and Becki, our Aspens Catering chef

Thanks also to Becki for creating the Pudsey lemon to brighten up lunch!

A very special thanks to The Kingfisher School families who donated cakes for our School Learning council to sell.  The cake sale alone raised nearly £100, with the total raised today of £217.52.  Examples like the cakes below brought so many people to the sale.  Well done The Kingfisher School!
