BUSINESS MANAGER
Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) Term Time only (including inset days) plus 2 weeks to start as soon as possible
VTG 10 SP30-33, starting salary £28,673 per annum, pro rata (actual starting salary £25,845 per annum) + Health Cash Plan and Benefits Package.
Venturers Trust is an emerging Multi Academy Trust based in Bristol formed through the merger of CGS Trust and Merchants’ Academy Trust in September 2017. Comprising Primary, Secondary, all-age schools and a Special school the Trust has 3,200 pupils and 700 staff.

An exciting and brand new role has been developed within Venturers Trust to work across two of our Primary Schools within Bristol. Bannerman Road Community Academy and The Kingfisher School are seeking to appoint a Business Manager to provide complex organisational and advisory support to the Principal’s and Senior Leadership Team as well as working closely with the HR and Finance teams within Venturers Trust.
The successful candidate will have:
• Been educated to a high standard with a minimum GCSE grade C in English and mathematics (or equivalent qualifications).
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualifications) or experience relevant to role.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience of working alongside HR and Finance departments
• Assertiveness, Resilience and good decision making skills
