Kingfisher - Winners of the Venturers Trust Spelling Bee

Today children of the Kingfisher School took part in the Venturers Trust Spelling Bee today... Waiting for the spelling bee to begin

Competing in several categories, the children used their knowledge of literacy, vocabulary and spelling to triumph as joint winners.

Accompanied by Claire Barker, The Kingfisher School's English Leader and teacher of Years 4 and 5, Samuel, Muneer, Laksh and Isaura sailed to a joint victory!

Winning a slice of the cake, Spelling Bee biscuits and the trophy to bring back to The Kingfisher School which will be proudly displayed as recognition of our children's amazing achievements! We are so proud!
