Children and staff celebrated World Book Day 2019 at The Kingfisher School in style today!  Joining a few superheroes we found Dennis the Menace, Thing 1 and Thing 2, Cats in Hats, Alice in Wonderland.....  

Led by our Principal, Kirsteen Craig, who dressed as a crayon, a number of staff joined in as well..

David Walliams' Gangsta Granny appeared in the school hall with Cruella De Vil, from Dodie Smith's 101 Dalmations, Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.  Miss Barker, our English lead, was the Pied Piper of Hamelin.
